Kings Weston Roman Villa family fun

Visit Kings Weston Roman Villa for a day of family friendly fun.

Explore where Romans used to live right on Bristol’s doorstep this Summer and discover amazing mosaic floors, underfloor heating and a Roman bath suite. There’ll be an exciting range of holiday activities on offer from the 24 to 26 July too including dressing up, craft, trails and more.

Students from the University of Bristol Archaeology Department of Anthropology and Archaeology will also be onsite with a range of real and replica Roman artefacts.

The Villa will be open everyday from 10am until 3pm on Wednesday 24 July, Thursday 25 July and Friday 26 July 2024. These events are part of the national Festival of Archaeology, the UK’s biggest celebration of archaeology.
